1. Our Core Philosophy: Absolute Privacy We believe that your data belongs to you. This Application is designed from the ground up to protect your privacy and security. Unlike conventional software, our application operates completely offline and does not track, collect, or store any personal information.
2. No Data Collection and No Transmission No Personal Data: We do not collect, process, or request any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or device identifiers. No Third-Party Tracking / No Cookies: The Application does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertisement networks, or cookies. No Cloud Storage: All security and anti-spyware scans are performed locally and directly on your Android device. No data, scan logs, or results are ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. Device Permissions (Android Permissions) To perform its core security functions, the Application requires certain technical permissions on your Android device (e.g., access to installed packages to detect spyware). These permissions are used exclusively for the local execution of the app's features. No data acquired through these permissions is ever saved permanently or sent over the internet.
4. International Users & Compliance (GDPR / CCPA) Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal data of any kind, the requirements regarding data access, deletion, or portability under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are naturally and fully met.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Corporation, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Application.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR US USERS (NORTH AMERICA) THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE CORPORATION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR EUROPEAN UNION / EUROPEAN USERS
1. Intent and Gross Negligence: The Corporation shall be liable in the scope of law for damages caused willfully or by gross negligence.
2. Essential Contractual Duties: In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability shall be limited to typical foreseeable damages.
3. Exclusions: Exclusions do not apply to liability for personal injury, death, or under mandatory product liability laws.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts in Florida, USA.
